What we take off your desk
MICE in the Balkans is rarely difficult because of the destination. It is difficult because the suppliers are small, spread across several countries and used to working in different ways. We bring them under one contract, check them before your client arrives and keep one person accountable for the programme.
We plan with you, not instead of you. You keep the relationship with the end client and the creative concept; we make sure the venues, transfers, meals, activities and timings work on the ground and that every supplier knows what is expected.

1. Brief
Dates or date options, number of participants, objectives, budget range if you can share it, and any non-negotiables.

2. First response within 24 hours
On working days we reply within 24 hours with initial ideas, likely venues and questions. A full costed proposal follows on the timeline we agree with you.

3. Option
Hotels and venues are placed on option with written expiry dates. Site inspections can be arranged.

4. Contract
One contract for all services and countries, with payment and cancellation terms as set out in your partner agreement.

5. Final documents
Run-of-show, rooming list, transfer manifest, supplier contacts and participant information, branded to you or your client if needed.

6. On site and 24/7
An on-site coordinator travels with the group, backed by our 24/7 operations contact.

Questions MICE planners ask us
Can you run an incentive that covers more than one Balkan country?
Yes. A common format is two or three nights in Sarajevo or Mostar combined with Dubrovnik or the Bay of Kotor. We contract all of it under one agreement and move the group across the borders.
How fast can you send a proposal?
We reply within 24 hours on working days. The full costed proposal timing depends on the size of the event and is agreed with you on that first reply.
Do you organise site inspections?
Yes. We arrange inspection visits to hotels and venues and accompany you or your client.
Can you provide interpreters and multilingual hostesses?
Yes, in English, German, Turkish, Arabic and Italian. Other languages can be requested and we confirm availability.
Do you work directly with corporate clients?
We are trade-only, so we work through agencies, incentive houses and corporate travel departments, not with individual travellers.
