Why series departures help smaller programmes
Many agencies have clients for the Balkans but not enough of them, on the same dates, to fill a coach. A series solves that. We run the same itinerary on set dates through the season and pool travellers from several partners into one group, with one guide and one standard of hotel.
For you that means a ready product you can put on sale early, without the risk of cancelling a group that only reached twelve people. For your clients it means a fixed date, a fixed itinerary and a group of like-minded travellers.
How the series model works
- 01
Minimum numbers
Each series has a minimum number of travellers per departure, stated in the series sheet we send to partners. Once a departure reaches that number, or once we declare it guaranteed in writing, it runs regardless of later sales.
- 02
Seat allocation
You can book seats one by one on request, or hold a seat allocation: a fixed number of seats on chosen departures reserved for your agency. Allocations make sense if you are publishing the departure in your own brochure or newsletter.
- 03
Release days
Seats in an allocation that you have not filled by the agreed release date return to the shared pool without charge. Release dates are agreed per series and set out in your partner agreement, so your sales team knows the deadline for each departure.
- 04
Joining a departure
Register as a partner, ask for the series sheet and dates, then send names and room types for each booking. We confirm in writing, normally within 24 hours on working days.
- 05
Guarantee status
We tell all partners when a departure becomes guaranteed. If a departure has to be cancelled before that point, we inform you by the date stated in your partner agreement and offer alternative dates.
Planned 2027 series
These are the routes we plan to run as series in 2027. Exact dates, minimum numbers and net rates are sent to registered partners on request.

| Sarajevo, Mostar, Dubrovnik and Kotor, 8 days | Sarajevo – Mostar – Dubrovnik – Bay of Kotor | May to October | Dates released to partners on request |

Why the months are planned this way
April to June and September to October are the best months for most European, Turkish and Asian groups: flights from the main hubs operate, hotels have availability and the weather suits sightseeing. July and August are the busiest months on the Adriatic coast and in Sarajevo, which is why the multi-country Grand Tour and Ottoman Heritage series pause in high summer.
Winter 2026/27 has noticeably fewer direct flights into Sarajevo than summer, so we do not plan winter series. Summer 2027 is expected to bring more capacity, including easyJet from Geneva (from 22 April 2027) and Basel (from 10 May 2027). Airline schedules change often and should be checked before you build flight packages (last checked: October 2026).
Questions about the 2027 series
Where can I see your Balkans guaranteed departure dates for 2027?
We send the dates, minimum numbers and net rates to registered partners on request. Register as a partner or ask through the quote form and we reply within 24 hours on working days.
Can I book just two seats on a departure?
Yes. Individual seats can be booked on request until the departure is full or closed for sale.
Can I take over a whole departure for my own clients?
Yes. If you can fill a departure yourself, we can run it as a private group under your brand on the same itinerary, or adapt it.
What happens if a departure does not reach the minimum?
We inform you by the date set out in your partner agreement and offer alternative dates or a private-group price. Once we declare a departure guaranteed, it runs.
Are flights included?
No. Series are land-only so you can combine them with the flights that suit your market. We can advise on arrival and departure airports for each route.
