Terms for partners
These framework terms explain how travellige, a trade-only DMC based in Sarajevo, works with travel agencies, tour operators and MICE planners. The individual contract for each programme always governs.
1. Business-to-business only
travellige works only with businesses in the travel trade: travel agencies, tour operators, MICE and event planners and similar companies. We do not contract with individual consumers. By requesting a quote or registering as a partner, you confirm that you are acting for a business.
2. Quotes
Our quotes are based on the information you give us and on supplier availability and prices at the time of quoting. A quote is an offer to discuss and is not a reservation. Unless stated otherwise, it is valid for the period shown on the quote.
Net rates are confidential and are provided to registered partners for resale or inclusion in their own packages. They must not be published or passed on to consumers as net prices.
3. Options and confirmations
At your request we can place options on hotels and other services. Each option has a deadline stated in writing. If an option is not confirmed by its deadline it may be released without further notice.
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, the agreed contract is signed and any agreed deposit is received.
4. The contract governs
Each confirmed programme or series is covered by a written agreement between travellige and the partner. That agreement sets out the services, prices, payment terms, release dates, cancellation terms and any other conditions. If anything in these framework terms differs from the agreement, the agreement takes precedence.
5. Payment and cancellation
Payment schedules, deposits and cancellation charges are set in each agreement and depend on the services and suppliers involved. Please check them before confirming.
6. Liability
Our liability to partners is as set out in the agreement for each programme. Partners remain responsible for their own obligations towards their clients, including information on passports, visas and health requirements, unless the agreement says otherwise.
7. Client relationship
Your clients remain your clients. We do not approach the travellers or companies you send us to sell them services directly.
