For tour operators
White-label Balkan tours for travel agencies and tour operators
White-label Balkan tours from travellige are programmes that a travel agency or tour operator sells under its own brand while travellige, a Sarajevo-based, trade-only DMC, contracts and operates the services on the ground. Your client sees your name on every document; we stay in the background.

What white-label means at travellige
A white-label tour is a complete product that you put your name on. We build or adapt the itinerary, contract the hotels, transport and guides, and run the trip. You market it, sell it, take the booking and own the client relationship.
It suits agencies that want to add the Balkans to their range without building supplier relationships in eight countries, and tour operators who already sell the region but want one partner to deliver several routes to a consistent standard.
How the branding works
- Itinerary PDFs and day-by-day descriptions are supplied without the travellige name, ready for your logo, colours and terms.
- Final documents (hotel list, meeting points, emergency number, vouchers) can carry your brand. Hotel vouchers can show your company as the booker.
- Guides and drivers introduce themselves as your local team if you ask them to, and do not hand out travellige material.
- The emergency number on your documents can be your own duty line, ours, or both. Many partners give travellers their own number and use our 24/7 line between offices.
- Photographs: we only supply images we have the rights to share, and we say so per image.
Net rates or commission: which model fits you
| Net rates | Commission | |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | We give you a net price; you add your margin and set the selling price | We agree a recommended selling price; you sell at that price and keep an agreed commission |
| Who sets the price to the client | You | Agreed in advance |
| Best for | Tour operators and agencies packaging the Balkans with flights or other products | Agencies reselling a ready-made programme as it is |
| Price visible to the traveller | Only your selling price | Only the agreed selling price |
| Terms | Set out in your partner agreement | Set out in your partner agreement |
Most partners use net rates. Commission arrangements are agreed case by case.

White-label questions
Can I sell Balkan tours under my own brand without my clients knowing who the local operator is?
Yes. Documents, vouchers and on-tour communication can carry only your brand. Hotels and suppliers will know a local DMC is involved because they contract with us, but your travellers deal with your company.
Do you offer net rates or commission?
Both are possible. Most partners work with net rates and set their own price; commission on a recommended selling price can be agreed case by case. The model is fixed in your partner agreement.
Can I change a white-label itinerary?
Yes. You can shorten, extend or change any programme. We re-cost it and check that drive times and opening days still work.
Who handles problems on tour?
Our 24/7 operations team handles them on the ground and informs your office straight away, so you can speak to your client with full information.
Is there a minimum volume?
No minimum to start. Seasonal allotments and series contracts have their own volumes, agreed with you in advance.
