Built for product managers who need a reliable Balkans supplier
If you put the Balkans in a brochure, you need a ground partner that can hold rates for a season, block hotel rooms on a series, run the same itinerary every week to the same standard and answer the phone when something goes wrong. That is the work travellige is set up for.
We are based in Sarajevo, in the centre of the region. From here we contract hotels, coach companies, local guides, restaurants and sites in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Slovenia. You get one supplier contract and one invoice for the whole circuit instead of one per country.
What we do for tour operators
- Programme design: we draft or adapt itineraries with realistic drive times, border crossings and rest stops, and can match the format of your existing brochure.
- Seasonal contracting: hotels, coaches and guides contracted for the season with net rates you can load into your reservation system.
- Allotments and series: blocked rooms and coach capacity on fixed weekly or monthly departures, with release dates agreed per hotel.
- Guaranteed departures: planned 2027 series you can join seat by seat or take over as a whole departure.
- Tailor-made groups: special-interest, school, association and incentive groups priced on request.
- White-label service: unbranded documents and, on request, guides and tour leaders who present your brand to the traveller.
- Operations: one 24/7 operations contact per departure and written incident reports when anything changes on tour.

How net rates, allotments and release dates work
Catalogue and series products are sold at net rates per person, usually with separate rates for low, shoulder and high season and a single-room supplement. You add your margin. We do not sell the same programme to consumers.
An allotment is a block of rooms (and, where needed, coach seats) that we hold for your departures. Each hotel sets a release period: by that number of days before arrival, unsold rooms go back to the hotel without charge. We agree release dates per hotel and per season and show them on the contract, so your sales team knows exactly when to push or release.
Deposits, final payment deadlines and cancellation charges are set out in your partner agreement. We do not publish standard numbers because they depend on the season, the hotels used and the size of your commitment.
Bosnia-only or multi-country: what changes for your product
| Topic | Bosnia and Herzegovina only | Multi-country circuit |
|---|---|---|
| Typical length | 5 to 8 days | 8 to 14 days |
| Arrival airports | Sarajevo, sometimes Mostar or Tuzla | Sarajevo, Dubrovnik, Split, Belgrade, Zagreb or Tivat/Podgorica |
| Border crossings | None, or one if arriving via Croatia | Several; each adds waiting time, especially at peak season |
| Currencies on the ground | Convertible mark (BAM) | Euro, BAM, Serbian dinar, Albanian lek, Macedonian denar; one invoice from us in euros |
| Coach planning | Simple; local coach company | Coach and driver must be cleared for every country on the route |
| Best suited to | Short breaks, special interest, first-time Bosnia products | Classic round trips, Ottoman heritage, Adriatic and Balkans combinations |
Border, currency and coach rules change. We confirm the current situation on every quote (last checked: October 2026).

Questions tour operators ask us
Can you contract a full season of Balkans series departures?
Yes. We contract hotels, coaches and guides for the season, agree allotments and release dates per hotel, and give you net rates by season and room type.
What are your release and cancellation terms?
They are set out in your partner agreement and depend on the season, the hotels and the volume. We state the terms that apply on every quote and contract.
Can our own tour leader travel with the group?
Yes. Many operators send their own tour leader and use our local licensed guides at the sites. We can also provide a tour leader for the whole trip.
Do you cover countries outside Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Yes: Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Slovenia, on one contract with one operations contact.
Will our clients see your name?
Only if you want them to. Documents can be fully white-label, and drivers and guides can introduce themselves as working for your company.
